link in footer not showing and hack stopped the forum

1- the link is not showing in the footer
so the hack stopped the whole forum
I tried to reinstall the hack
but still the link does not appear
also i want to buy branding free but iam from egypt and no paypal allowed
is there any other way to pay by credit card?
