Added a currency converter for free amounts to complement the site-wide inline converter which previously only tranlsated specific published prices into local currency.

Aside from the extra service to RedTyger site users, a sizable part of the motivation for adding it was that I tried the most popular alternatives and found them usually slow and entirely aesthetically unpleasant to use. See what you think.

The inline converter interface has also been improved and sped up a bit.

2 Preferred local currency

The currency converter has been updated again to add dynamic local pricing that I can make use of when quoting prices to customers (and vice versa) although it can be used for any purpose. It means I can specify an amount and just one currency and the conversion will be done based on the local currency of the person viewing the conversion, allowing for instant and precise user-tailored international quotations with no more effort than following a link.

Example: £100.
