vB Ad Management 4.02 released .

Update from v4.01 to v4.02. This is primarily a bugfix release with a few large bugs hopefully sorted. Details of the changes in this update here:

Take special note of the last item in the list. "Display advertisement with first post" has been removed. You must now use the "Display advertisement after X post on a page?" option where of course, 1 will display with the 1st post on a page.
